CompaniesPlanning
The whole day planned.Within the rules.
Coneqt's planner works out how many drivers the day's deliveries need, in what order they run and which vehicle class the load needs. Driving and rest times are part of every plan.
From delivery list to driver-days.
You enter the day's deliveries. The planner proposes driver-days: which deliveries run together, in what order and with which vehicle. You go through the proposal and approve.
How many drivers
The planner works out how many driver-days the deliveries need and spreads them so that every day holds.
Routes on truck roads
Drive times are calculated on the road network with a profile per vehicle class. Where a leg cannot be calculated, the time is marked as estimated.
The right vehicle class
The planner works out the load's space and weight, and which vehicle class and licence the day needs. You choose which vehicle drives.
Loading and unloading included
Time to load and unload is counted in every day, so the day holds all the way to the last stop.
Co-loading and restacking
Deliveries to be co-loaded are loaded together, and last on comes off first. The plan shows where the vehicle needs restacking.
You approve
The plan is a proposal. You go through each driver-day and approve it before anything is posted.
Driving and rest times in every plan.
Every driver-day is planned to the EU driving and rest rules (Regulation 561/2006) and the Swedish working-time act for road transport.
- At most 9 hours of driving between two daily rests, 10 hours twice a week.
- A 45-minute break after 4.5 hours of driving.
- Daily and weekly rests are placed where needed, including a night on the road.
- Loading, unloading and driving count as work, never as rest.
- Working time is counted, not just driving time.
- A stop that will probably not be reached in time is shown before you post the job.
The planner helps you plan within the rules. Responsibility for driving and rest times stays with you as the transport company, and the tachograph always applies.
Split a long day. Merge two short ones.
The planner looks for days that get better with one more driver, or one fewer, and shows the proposal. You decide.
Split between two drivers
When a driver-day gets long, the planner suggests splitting it in two if that saves enough time. You see both halves before you choose.
Merge into one
If you would rather run with one driver, you merge two days again, as long as the day keeps the rules.
Relief: two drivers, one truck
One driver drives the first part and hands the truck to a relief driver who drives the rest, instead of an overnight stop or a second truck. The planner suggests a relief where it fits.
When an order changes, the plan changes.
When a delivery is added, moved or cancelled, Coneqt re-plans the day by itself. You don't have to press anything, just look at the result.
A day you have already approved or posted never changes without you, and a day you have open right now is not overwritten. A job already under way is never changed silently.
Deliveries in without retyping them.
You already have the deliveries in a list or an email. Coneqt reads them in, and you review each delivery before it is created.
From Excel, CSV or SAP
Paste or upload the list. Coneqt recognises the columns, remembers them for next time and reads notes such as "Lev kl 08" and "Bakgavel".
From the order email
Forward the order to your own Coneqt address, and it is read in as deliveries to review.
By hand
A delivery that is not in any list you enter directly, with load, times and requirements.
What does planning cost you today?
Work it out for your own day: number of orders, how long planning and re-planning take and what the time costs. The calculation and the assumptions are visible all the way.
