Drivers when you need them.Without hiring.
The planner works out which driver-days you can't cover yourself. Post them on Coneqt's driver market: every driver who meets the requirements gets the offer at the same time, and every one has shown F-tax approval or an umbrella company. You set the pay and choose how the job is taken.
One job, every eligible driver at once.
When you post a job, the offer goes to every driver who meets the requirements for that job, all at once. No queue and no call list.
- Requirements per job: licence class, ADR, CPC, gearbox, certificates and waybill.
- Drivers nearby get a notification when a new job is posted.
- You set the pay. Coneqt never suggests a price.
- You see the job's status and who has taken it.

Drivers register interest at the price you set. You see profile and ratings and choose who drives.

The driver chooses which jobs to take. Coneqt does not hand out jobs to drivers.
Every driver is checked.
The drivers are self-employed. Before a driver can take a first job, Coneqt has gone through the documents.
F-tax or umbrella company
The driver uploads proof of F-tax approval or of their umbrella company. Coneqt reviews it before the first job, and the proof is renewed every year.
Licence and certificates
Coneqt does a formal review of licence and certificates. You check the driver yourself when the job starts.
Block a driver
If you don't want to use a driver again, you can block them.
Ratings after every job.
You rate the driver and the driver rates you. Ratings per category only, no free-text comments. The driver's rating is visible before you choose.

Your own drivers first. The driver market when that is not enough.
You already have drivers. Coneqt is for what they can't cover: peaks, sickness and short-notice jobs.

The planner works out the day's driver-days. You decide which your own drivers run and which you post on the driver market.
Two drivers, one truck
When the planner suggests a relief, one of your own drivers can drive one half and a driver from the driver market the other.
The driver has it all in the app.

- Stop by stop. You see the position from the driver's Start tap until the job is done, never between jobs.
- Chat
- Every job has its own chat between you and the driver.
- Waybill
- The driver photographs the waybill at the stops. You can require it for a job.
- Driving time
- The driver sees their driving and working time against the rules. It is an estimate; the tachograph applies.
