The automation does the work. The decisions are yours.

Coneqt plans and posts, but you decide: the price, what goes out and when. Here is what holds, and what is your responsibility.

What holds at every step.

The planner proposes and the driver market connects. You decide.

Common questions

Does Coneqt plan the day automatically?

Yes. The planner works out driver-days, routes and vehicle class for the day's deliveries, with the driving and rest rules in every day, and re-plans when an order changes. You approve before anything goes out.

Who is responsible for driving and rest times?

You are, as the transport company. The planner puts the EU driving and rest rules and the working-time law into every driver-day and shows what doesn't fit, but the responsibility stays with you and the tachograph always applies.

Does Coneqt assign jobs to drivers?

No. You post the job and set the pay. The driver chooses which jobs to take, and for each job you decide whether the first to confirm takes it or you choose among those interested.

Does Coneqt set or suggest the price?

No. You set the pay, or the driver does by bidding if you allow it. Coneqt never suggests, calculates or shows prices.

Do we have to replace our TMS?

No. Orders come in from the order email or from the lists you already have in Excel, CSV or SAP. You can also start with the driver market for the days you can't cover yourself.

What does Coneqt cost us?

Creating an account and posting jobs is free. For each completed job you pay Coneqt's fee of 15% of the driver's pay, no monthly fees and no licences.

Do we pay employer contributions for the drivers?

No. Drivers have F-skatt or invoice through an umbrella company, and are not your employees. You pay the driver's invoice and Coneqt's fee, no employer contributions, no occupational pension and no holiday pay.

How do we know the driver is up to the job?

After each job you rate each other. You rate the driver's punctuality, handling of vehicle and equipment, communication and overall; the driver rates the clarity of your instructions, the vehicle's condition, payment and overall. The driver's rating shows before you choose.

Does it cost the drivers anything?

No. Drivers pay no fee and keep the full pay.

How do the drivers get paid?

The driver invoices you directly once the job is completed. Your billing details are in the app.

Can we mix our own drivers and the driver market?

Yes. The planner works out the day's driver-days, and you decide which your own drivers run and which you post on the driver market.
