What your planning costs today, what a single job costs if you hire yourself compared with through Coneqt, and what Coneqt costs. Every figure is an estimate, and every calculation is shown.

What does planning cost you?

Orders have to be read and typed in, the day planned, outside drivers called in, and the plan redone when something changes. Work out how much time that takes you today and what is left with Coneqt. Every figure is an estimate.

How we calculate

  • The minutes for each step are estimates, both for today and with Coneqt. The time to read in an order is based on vendors' own figures (3 to 10 minutes), planning and finding drivers on experience from the industry. Feel free to use your own.
  • Each step is counted in its own unit: reading per order, planning and re-planning per day, finding a driver per outside driver. Your own drivers count as 0 minutes.
  • Hourly cost: monthly salary × 12 ÷ 1,800 paid hours a year, plus employer contributions of 31.42% (Swedish Tax Agency, 2026) and 12% for occupational pension, insurance and holiday supplement (our assumption).
  • 250 working days a year: weekdays in 2026 minus public holidays.
  • With Coneqt we count on you checking every imported order against its source, so the time per order is never zero. The planner's seconds are measured on a development machine.
  • If a job a driver has already taken changes, Coneqt does not re-plan it silently. That still takes a person.
  • How quickly a job is taken depends on how many drivers there are in your area. If nobody takes it, you are back on the phone. We do not count on it here.
  • The driver's pay and Coneqt's fee are not included. The calculator for a single job compares those.

What does a job cost?

If you need a driver for a single job, you can hire someone yourself – with wages, holiday pay, employer contributions and paperwork. Or post the job on Coneqt, where a self-employed driver can take it: you pay the driver's pay and Coneqt's fee. Run the numbers on your own job.

What you get

  1. 1

    You post the job

You describe the job and set the pay – or take bids.

  2. 2

    A self-employed driver takes it

A driver with F-skatt, or employed through an umbrella company, takes it and drives your vehicle. The job is shown only to drivers whose licence and certificates Coneqt has reviewed against its requirements. The driver is not employed by you or by Coneqt.

  3. 3

    The driver invoices you

The driver, or their umbrella company, invoices you directly for the pay. Coneqt invoices you a fee of 15%, calculated on the pay you agreed. The driver keeps all of their pay, and you pay no wages and no employer contributions.

Coneqt connects you and is not a party to the job: the agreement for the job is made directly between you and the driver, and the two of you agree on how the work is done. We employ no drivers, hire out no staff and cannot guarantee that every job is taken. You check the driver's licence and certificates yourself when the job starts.

How we calculate

  • 2026 rates, for an employee born 1959–2002 at a company with a collective agreement: holiday pay 13% (Transportavtalet), employer contributions 31.42% and Avtalspension SAF-LO 4.5% with the 24.26% special payroll tax, on wage plus holiday pay.
  • We leave out any minimum hours per shift, overtime or sick pay that may apply to an hourly employee – with them, hiring yourself costs more.
  • If you have the same need week after week, employing someone part-time or full-time may cost less than bringing in a driver per job.
  • We assume you find and hire a new driver every time. If you use the same people again and again, enter fewer hours.
  • The driver has F-skatt or is employed by an umbrella company and pays their own social fees, pension and holidays, and allows for them in the pay they take jobs for. That is why you pay no employer contributions for the driver.
  • Coneqt's fee also applies if you cancel 48 hours or less before the start, under our terms. All amounts exclude VAT.
  • Coneqt's review of licences, CPC and ADR certificates is a formal check. You remain responsible for checking the driver's qualifications when the job starts, just as if you had hired them.
  • An estimate, not tax advice.
