Post the job.Pick the driver.Follow every minute.

Post a job, let the first available driver take it or choose among the bids – and see exactly when the driver accepted, started driving and delivered.

Everything you do with a job, in one place.

Enter where the goods are picked up and dropped off, when, and what you pay. Drivers nearby see the job right away.

Every minute is still there afterwards.

Coneqt saves when the driver accepted, started driving, loaded and delivered. You see where the time went and can show your customer the same thing.

Drivers have the app. You have the web.

Drivers find the job, take it or bid, and drive in the Coneqt app. What they do on the job shows up on your side.

What does Coneqt cost us?

Creating an account and posting jobs is free. For each completed job you pay Coneqt's fee of 15% of the driver's pay – no monthly fees and no licences.

Do we pay employer contributions for the drivers?

No. Drivers have F-skatt or invoice through an umbrella company, and are not your employees. You pay the driver's invoice and Coneqt's fee – no employer contributions, no occupational pension and no holiday pay.

How do we know the driver is up to the job?

After each job you rate each other. You rate the driver's punctuality, handling of vehicle and equipment, communication and overall; the driver rates the clarity of your instructions, the vehicle's condition, payment and overall. The driver's rating shows before you choose.

Does it cost the drivers anything?

No. Drivers pay no fee and keep the full pay.

How do the drivers get paid?

The driver invoices you directly once the job is completed. Your billing details are in the app.

Can we use our own drivers?

Soon. The option to invite your own drivers to a job is on its way.

What does a job cost?

If you need a driver for a single job, you can hire someone yourself – with wages, holiday pay, employer contributions and paperwork. Or post the job on Coneqt, where a self-employed driver can take it: you pay the driver's pay and Coneqt's fee. Run the numbers on your own job.

What you get

  1. 1

    You post the job

You describe the job and set the pay – or take bids.

  2. 2

    A self-employed driver takes it

A driver with F-skatt, or employed through an umbrella company, takes it and drives your vehicle. The job is shown only to drivers whose licence and certificates Coneqt has reviewed against its requirements. The driver is not employed by you or by Coneqt.

  3. 3

    The driver invoices you

The driver, or their umbrella company, invoices you directly for the pay. Coneqt invoices you a fee of 15%, calculated on the pay you agreed. The driver keeps all of their pay, and you pay no wages and no employer contributions.

Coneqt connects you and is not a party to the job: the agreement for the job is made directly between you and the driver, and the two of you agree on how the work is done. We employ no drivers, hire out no staff and cannot guarantee that every job is taken. You check the driver's licence and certificates yourself when the job starts.

How we calculate

  • 2026 rates, for an employee born 1959–2002 at a company with a collective agreement: holiday pay 13% (Transportavtalet), employer contributions 31.42% and Avtalspension SAF-LO 4.5% with the 24.26% special payroll tax, on wage plus holiday pay.
  • We leave out any minimum hours per shift, overtime or sick pay that may apply to an hourly employee – with them, hiring yourself costs more.
  • If you have the same need week after week, employing someone part-time or full-time may cost less than bringing in a driver per job.
  • We assume you find and hire a new driver every time. If you use the same people again and again, enter fewer hours.
  • The driver has F-skatt or is employed by an umbrella company and pays their own social fees, pension and holidays, and allows for them in the pay they take jobs for. That is why you pay no employer contributions for the driver.
  • Coneqt's fee also applies if you cancel 48 hours or less before the start, under our terms. All amounts exclude VAT.
  • Coneqt's review of licences, CPC and ADR certificates is a formal check. You remain responsible for checking the driver's qualifications when the job starts, just as if you had hired them.
  • An estimate, not tax advice.
